Women only account for 28% of the workforce in the STEM fields. In 2020, this isn’t how the STEM workforce should be represented. As innovation becomes more and more crucial with the increasing impacts of global issues, it’s essential that there’s diversity in the STEM fields to ensure that new innovations address everybody’s needs.
